System Restore :-

If you remember the time when this problem started it will be easy to try out system restore which might fix your issue. You can select a date and time before this problem started.

Click Start >> Settings >> Update & Security. In the Windows Update tab, click Advanced options, then click >> View your update history.

Scroll down until you find the last successfully installed update.

After this go to the Taskbar’s Search field, type restore, and select Create a restore point. In the resulting dialog box, click the System Restore button. Check Show more restore points. Select a date where you had a successful update.thenmove on to system restore.

Scan for Malware :-

Malware infection can also create such a problem for your pc so try scanning for any malware infection using a good tool. You can switch to safe mode and perform this.

As a last resort if none of the fix’s work try reinstalling your Windows with Windows10or any other previous versions.
